I am ZZ Satriani, a filmmaker based in Los Angeles. My experience ranges from feature length documentaries to music videos and narrative short films. I have also directed and edited commercial videos for major brands such as Ferrari, Nike, and Disney Books. I am experienced in every stage of production, having worked prior as an art director for several years and as a writer / video editor for a creative agency. My current work reflects my background in studio art and experimental film through my integration of multimedia and tendency to blend elements of documentary and narrative fiction. In addition to sound design, I frequently provide original music for my projects.
